On Wednesday October 19th 2011 3AW693 and Magic1278 held an inspiring day of community fundraising for a very important cause.
Volunteers were stationed at the studios taking pledges via the Appeal Donation Line: 1300 361 461.
TLC for kids is Australia’s fastest emergency support service for kids and families in hospital. Unlike other children’s charities, TLC for kids works with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver urgent distractions more than half a million times a year.
Your support spoke volumes and will help us deliver more genuine smiles more often.
100% of the funds raised from the activities on the 19th will be helping us reach even more children and their families in hospital who are in need of a little extra TLC.
