The Dinner at WestWaters Hotel & Entertainment Complex

On Saturday the 18th of February, TLC for Kids joined with WestWaters Hotel & Entertainment Complex in Caroline Springs to host a fundraising dinner to support the sick kids we work with.

Guests gathered at the impressive venue for a night of food, drinks and dancing. Tables of amazing auction and raffle items lined the walls, with our Lucky Dip and Candles being a runaway hit! Guests could bid on a range of great prizes, from a signed Western Bulldogs Jersey, to a wine country getaway, to a stunning Ted Baker handbag, to a MOR package.

The uber-talented young star Amanuael wowed the crowds with his performance, while speeches from our CEO/Founder Tim Conolan and Youth Ambassador Jesse Loschiavo gave an insight into the nature of our support for sick children. Inspired by our enthusiastic special guest auctioneer Rick Massese from P Di Natale, our guests dug deep to make some incredible pledges for the kids. Amazingly, bringing a tear to the eyes of TLC staff, some of the biggest pledges and bids came from TLC families in the room. Very heartwarming!

Finally, to round off the night, everyone hit the dance floor for an incredible set by the Chantoozies, who had everyone singing along! We were lucky enough to be entertained by song after song from within the Chantoozies own song list, as well as other classic favourites.

All in all, with ticket sales, auction bids, raffle ticket sales, candle sales, lucky dip sales and pledges, the audience raised a grand total of

$23,275.70
