When can I drop off Christmas gifts?
Tuesday 1 to Tuesday 22 December 2026. Monday–Thursday, 9:30 am–4:30 pm. Friday, 9:30 am–2:30 pm. No weekends.
Can I donate second-hand toys?
Unfortunately not. Hospital safety requirements mean we can only accept brand-new, unused gifts. No toy guns or weapon-related toys, including Nerf guns.
Are gifts for teenagers welcome?
Very much! We help children and young people from birth to 21 years. Headphones, books, jewellery, sports items and creative supplies are lovely choices.

We'd love that. Email [email protected] and our team can help you get started.
Can you collect our donation?
If you're within 10 km of Essendon Fields, call 1300 361 461 to discuss a possible collection in advance.
Can I give money instead of toys?
