A Journey of Special Memories

TLC for Kids is Australia’s most inclusive children’s charity, providing immediate relief and care to sick children and their families when it is needed most.

In South Australia, the TLC for Kids Ambulance, affectionately named Noah, helps children in palliative care and their families create meaningful moments beyond the hospital. Each journey is carefully planned and hosted by the TLC for Kids team in collaboration with the South Australian Ambulance Service (SAAS).

Supported by skilled volunteer SAAS paramedics, the team ensures every trip is delivered safely, comfortably and with genuine compassion, allowing families to focus on being together.

Whether it is a day at the beach, a visit to the zoo, or one final trip home surrounded by loved ones, each experience is designed to bring calm, connection and joy when time is limited.

Since launching in South Australia, the TLC for Kids Ambulance has helped transform countless difficult days into treasured memories, made possible through the generosity of our partners, sponsors and supporters who believe every child deserves care, laughter and dignity.

Liam’s Story

Liam, aged five, lives with chronic lung disease and Dandy Walker syndrome, which affects his hearing and development. Despite the cold and rain, Liam and his family had a wonderful day at the Adelaide Zoo. “Thank you so much for yesterday,” his mum said. “It was such a great day and it will always be special for us. We never thought such a rainy, cold day could be so good.”

Mia's Story

Mia, aged four, was born with Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome, a rare condition that affects her breathing. Mia and her family enjoyed a special day at Goolwa Animal Farm with the South Australian Ambulance Service. They spent the day meeting friendly animals and enjoying time together outside the hospital.

Luke's Story

uke, aged eight months, enjoyed a peaceful sunset visit to the Adelaide Botanic Garden through our TLC Ambulance Service. His family love being outdoors, so having the chance to explore the gardens and capture a beautiful photoshoot together meant a lot. Living with a complex heart condition, Luke relies on oxygen support, and having our team and South Australia Ambulance Service paramedics with them made the outing safe and relaxed. They spent the evening surrounded by warm light and quiet moments they’ll treasure.

Cancellation Policy
FORCE MAJEURE
If any part of the event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond TLC for Kids’ control, there is no right to refund or exchange. TLC for Kids, if possible, will endeavour to arrange a substitute event.

CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your booking, we will require written notification, and the following will apply: If cancellation occurs more than two months from the event date, 90% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between two months and one month from the event date, 50% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than one month from the event date, you forfeit 100% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship.
