Becoming a Workplace Friend of TLC is easy. Here are the steps you and your team can expect along the way:

    Your HR or Payroll team completes a quick registration form with basic details like company name, logo, staff numbers, and whether you’d like to offer donation matching. This helps us personalise your experience and set things up smoothly.

  2. Step 2: Receive Your Custom Invitation Page
    We’ll create a dedicated online invitation page just for your workplace, featuring your branding and clear instructions for your team. This page will be emailed to your HR or Payroll contact to review and share with leadership before launch.
  3. Step 3: Set Up Your Giving Campaign
    Behind the scenes, we’ll configure the donation platform to track and manage your team’s giving securely and automatically. No payroll hassle for you!
  4. Step 4: Launch Your Staff Intro Page
    We provide a branded webpage designed specifically for your staff. It explains what Workplace Friends of TLC is, how giving works, and the impact small regular gifts can have. Your team can easily sign up to give through this page.
  5. Step 5: Receive Your Custom Email Pack
    To help you spread the word, we’ll deliver a ready-to-use email pack for your HR or Payroll team, including email templates, donation links, and FAQs. This makes internal communication effortless.
  6. Step 6: Sending the Invitation to Staff
    Your HR or Payroll team sends the email to all employees, inviting them to join Workplace Friends of TLC. We will also provide a follow up email template, a month or so after the initial send out, if needed to keep momentum.
  7. Step 7: Track Your Impact and Celebrate Success
    Once donations start coming in, you’ll get access to a custom Workplace Friends of TLC Impact Dashboard showing how many staff have joined, total funds raised, and the real difference being made for kids and families. We’ll also send milestone updates and personalised support to keep your workplace engaged.
