“I love Free Pita Day” at Zeus Street Greek

What a day Saturday 17th March was! We got to take part in celebrating the opening of Melbourne’s first Zeus Street Greek store in Moonee Ponds. There was a buzz in the air and around 1,000 people took part in “I love Free Pita Day”.

Zeus kindly donated $2 from each of its Uncle Tzimmy Chicken and Lamb pitas given away on the day and along with donations and merchandise sales, we managed to raise an amazing $2387.55 from the event.

A big thanks to the whole team at Zeus for choosing to partner with us. The funds raised from the event will be directly used to provide relief to many children and their families all over Australia with our Distraction Box and Rapid TLC programs, so we simply cannot thank everyone involved enough.
